We're looking for a Client Account Manager to: be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner support client advisors in preparing for meetings and occasionally join client meetings You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. financial services experience within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry bachelor's degree or equivalent financial qualifications solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others solid written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence completed CIM or CFA 1 designation is preferred You do this with sound judgment
