Your role as Supervisor will involve overseeing the operations of the Client Care Workers under the direction of the Manager. You'll play a crucial part in staff mentoring, performance management, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous quality improvement while advocating for effective care practices within the community.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with management on daily program operations
• Mentor and train staff to achieve performance goals
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Address client and staff issues efficiently
• Analyze program data to optimize staffing needs
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse certification is essential
• 3+ years of relevant community nursing experience
• Proven supervisory capabilities, including task delegation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with vulnerable populations is an asset Lead with Carefor and strengthen our commitment to high-quality client care in the inner-city community.
