Experienced Screen Printer Opportunity

Directly reporting to the Director of Facilities & Production, your responsibilities will include coordinating orders and verifying material readiness. You'll train fellow team members and uphold safety practices while actively troubleshooting production challenges. Your mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and adjust screen printing equipment for optimal output
• Maintain inventory of supplies and oversee equipment maintenance
• Participate in production meetings and collaborate with colleagues
• Manage customer concerns promptly and effectively
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols

Requirements:
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license necessary
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
