• Lead crew on custom and heritage masonry projects
• Assign daily tasks and set clear productivity goals
• Conduct morning meetings addressing materials and safety
• Evaluate project specifications and ensure compliance
• Supervise inspections for quality and cleanliness

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in the masonry trade with supervisory experience
• Journeyperson certification in Brick and Stone Mason
• Capable of interpreting construction drawings
• Own necessary tools and valid G-Class driver's license
• WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications
