Join JLL as the EHS Lead, a vital role that ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in Quebec. This on-site position emphasizes safety culture and compliance across various facilities. As the HSSE Lead, you will oversee JLL’s EHS efforts, providing essential training, strategic leadership, and compliance support. Communicate EHS requirements and drive continuous improvement in safety practices while managing investigations and reporting for all incidents within the account. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and refine JLL’s EHS training initiatives
- Manage regulatory compliance across facilities
- Report on EHS indicators and metrics
- Support Service Line leads in training compliance
- Investigate serious events and implement corrective actions
- Bachelor's Degree or 10 years relevant experience
- Canadian Registered Safety Professional certification
- Experience with Health and Safety tools
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong ability to audit and gather evidence
