RTx Deburr Technician for Landing Gear

Become a key player at RTX as a Deburr Technician focusing on landing gear components in Oakville, Ontario. Weekend night shifts emphasize quality control, deburring, and innovative solutions. Reporting to the Weekend Day Shift Machine Shop Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include deburring, polishing, and cleaning landing gear parts to comply with specifications. You will have the opportunity to support advanced robotic systems while actively participating in LEAN initiatives that drive continuous improvement in production. • Execute deburring, polishing, and cleaning of components
• Occasionally assist with robotic deburring operations
• Conduct operator self-verification to maintain quality standards
• Safely operate overhead cranes for part handling
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects on the shop floor

Requirements:

• High school diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in reading micrometers and verniers
• Must be eligible to work in Canada as per ITAR and CCGP
• Experience in titanium deburring preferred
• Skill in following production order documentation
