Contribute to children's growth as an Early Childhood Assistant with the Child Development Institute. This part-time position allows you to work across age groups in a supportive, contractual floater role in Windermere.
CDI is searching for a dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to assist in program delivery aligned with developmental needs. The role includes fostering safe interactions, participating in planned activities, and maintaining vital records. Your involvement will help create a nurturing environment for children and strengthen family relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide supervision and care in a healthy childcare environment
• Assist in daily routines and program activities planning
• Keep accurate attendance and facilitate smooth transitions
• Participate actively in classroom organization and cleaning
• Record observations to support children’s learning progress
Requirements:
• Certificate in Early Childhood Assistance or equivalent
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate
• Ability to lift and support children physically
• Flexible with schedule to accommodate operational needs
• Experience working with diverse populations Enhance the wellbeing of children and families while supporting educational values as an Early Childhood Assistant at CDI.
