The MacPhail School of Energy invites applications for two Instructor positions dedicated to Electrical Trades education. Candidates must be Red Seal Electricians with a minimum of four years’ experience. Responsibilities entail preparing class materials, developing presentations, and contributing actively to school initiatives while adhering to safety and curriculum standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver electrical trades knowledge in classroom settings
- Design and develop instructional materials engagingly
- Maintain accurate reporting for student assessments
- Engage proactively with industry partners for technology updates
- Participate in SAIT training and professional development
- Red Seal Electrician certification required
- Minimum four years as a Journeyperson Electrician
- Teaching experience in electrical trades preferred
- Master Electrician Certification highly regarded
- Strong proficiency in English communication
