Why We Need You

In our Photo & Video Production team, we’re growing our in-house studio capacity to support an increasing volume of product launches and content needs. This role helps us deliver consistent, accurate, and high-quality product imagery at scale.

This fits into our larger goal of improving the customer experience through better product representation, faster turnaround times, and strong visual consistency across all channels.

In your first few months, you’ll get up to speed on our editing workflows, tools, and brand standards. Within a year, you’ll be confidently owning a high volume of image editing while contributing to improvements in how we work.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a collaborative studio team working to deliver production-ready imagery for our customers.

Post-Production & Image Quality

  • Edit a high volume of studio images with speed and consistency
  • Apply best practices for color accuracy, retouching, and image quality
  • Perform product-focused retouching including cutouts, compositing, color matching, and cleanup
  • Deliver final images that meet brand standards for tone, texture, and visual accuracy

Asset Management & Organization

  • Organize and maintain raw and processed image files
  • Follow file naming, tagging, and storage standards
  • Upload and manage assets within internal DAM systems
  • Maintain a clean and structured archive for easy access and long‑term use
  • We use G Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Google Docs, Meet, etc) to work and Slack to collaborate and communicate, with your choice of Mac or PC device

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and eCommerce teams to support retouching requests and updates
  • Work closely with Art Directors, Photographers, and Stylists to align on final outputs
  • Incorporate feedback to improve product representation and image quality

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Support and follow established post-production workflows
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency, consistency, and turnaround times
  • Stay adaptable and open to feedback from stakeholders and customers

Who You Are

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in photo retouching or technical image processing
  • A portfolio or website showing relevant work

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
  • Strong skills in cutouts, compositing, retouching, and color matching
  • Experience with non-destructive editing workflows
  • Experience with Capture One is a nice-to-have

Product & Visual Acumen

  • Experience in product or still‑life retouching
  • Strong eye for color accuracy, material detail, and tonal variation
  • Understanding of product proportions, scale, and visual consistency
  • Working knowledge of studio lighting and its impact on editing

Tools We Use

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Capture One (optional)
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
  • Google Suite
