Be a key player at Roche as a Technical Manager in Quality Process Management, focusing on the Annual Product Quality Review. This contract position is vital for maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct comprehensive E2E APQR reviews and facilitate the compilation of essential reports from Roche's extensive network. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues while supporting the development of APQR systems and procedures. Your contributions will ensure that all quality oversight activities are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute annual APQR process reviews across sites
- Compile APQR reports through data visualization and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues
- Maintain and develop global APQR systems
- Supervise cross-functional deliverables efficiently
- B.A., B.S. or higher degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of cGMP industry experience
- Strong leadership for cross-functional team dynamics
- Expertise in drug manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with analytics tools and compliance reporting
