• Cut leather and materials per production orders
• Select appropriate cutting dies for each project
• Mark and position leather accurately for cutting
• Operate tools for leather cutting efficiently
• Conduct maintenance on cutting equipment

• Previous die cutting experience required
• Knowledge of leather is a strong plus
• Proficient in Swing Beam Cutting Press operation
• Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand long shifts and lift over 40 pounds
