• Oversee full lifecycle processing of corporate actions
• Communicate with trading desks and ops groups regularly
• Conduct monitoring and clearance of reconciliations
• Adapt to departmental projects for process enhancement
• Act as a subject matter expert on entitlements

Requirements:

• 5 years in asset servicing with 3 years in corporate actions
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in a math-centric field
• Strong proficiency in relevant systems and processes
• Time management skills and ability to multitask
• Solid understanding of business unit risks and regulations
