We're looking for a detail-oriented Vehicle Upfitting Technician (Installer / Assembler) to join our team. Competitive pay Bonus and profit-sharing opportunities after probation Comprehensive medical benefits Convenient Fraser Valley location serving Surrey and Langley Assemble and install aftermarket equipment in vehicles such as Ford Transits, Mercedes Sprinters, Ram ProMasters, and Ford Super Duty trucks Perform mechanical installations, including: Flooring systems Perform electrical installations, including: Follow installation guides, schematics, manuals, and work instructions Test installed equipment to ensure proper operation and quality standards Work closely with teammates to meet production schedules and quality expectations Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend for a full shift Valid Class 5 driver’s license Experience outfitting vehicles with partitions, shelving, flooring, ladder racks, or wall kits Automotive 12V wiring experience Inverter installation experience Vehicle electronics installation Metalworking Automotive accessories installation About Sterling Fleet Outfitters Help our customers Get More Done.
