Key Responsibilities
• Oversee reporter story assignments and schedules
• Edit copy for accuracy and style
• Write engaging copy and cover key events
• Keep the website updated with current news
• Create the daily newsletter for subscribers
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a news editor
• Strong interest in local journalism
• Degree or diploma in journalism is advantageous
• Proficiency in CP style and Adobe tools
• Reliable vehicle availability Engage with the community, enhance storytelling, and contribute to our award-winning legacy in Prince George.
