Junior Structured Cabling Technician

AmpThink is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structured Cabling Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems within various high-profile venues across North America. Assist in the installation and termination of structured cabling including Cat 5/6, Fiber Optic cables, and associated hardware. Help perform site surveys and assess locations for cable runs and equipment installation. Adhere to quality standards and best practices for structured cabling installations. Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. Maintain documentation of installations and work performed. Support all safety and environmental guidelines in the workplace. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree in telecommunications or related field is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment. Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel as needed.
