This full-time, on-site role involves operating trim machines, sizing doors, and ensuring high production standards. Team members will rotate across various trim functions, ensuring skill development and adherence to safety principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow production tickets for accurate trimming
• Operate trim machines and adjust as needed
• Prepare doors using scissor lifts properly
• Feed doors through trim saws efficiently
• Inspect doors and report defects consistently

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Good attendance and communication skills
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
• 6+ months of general labor experience required
