Stantec’s hydro team seeks a Hydropower & Dams Lead – Quebec, an engineer who can translate client needs into integrated dam, hydropower project solutions. You will drive design, construction, and operation considerations while leading people across disciplines.
You will manage multi‑disciplinary projects, mentor staff, and help grow the Quebec business. Hybrid work from Montreal area offices with occasional travel to client sites is expected.
