- Administration, you will shape products that streamline GreenShield+ administration capabilities. Your role requires balancing a product vision with evidence-based strategies, fostering collaboration across teams to create significant value for members and administrators alike.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead product development for administration efficiencies
• Define and prioritize product requirements diligently
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate insights
• Communicate product strategies effectively to diverse teams
• Collaborate across departments for successful product launches
Requirements:
• 5+ years in product management within healthcare or insurance
• Experience in Agile methodologies and full product lifecycle
• Technical fluency for engaging with engineering teams
• Understanding of platform products with integrations
• Ability to manage complex, regulated environments Utilize product management experience to enhance health care systems while contributing to better health outcomes at GreenShield.
