Reporting to the Lead Concierge, the Corporate Concierge is a vital member of the CIBC SQUARE Tenant Relationship Management team and will focus on building a strong sense of community by fostering and personalizing tenant relationships that are built on a first name basis. This customer service and brand ambassador role will require the demonstration of the highest level of communication, professionalism, natural enthusiasm, proactive attitude, promptness, and a genuine passion for creating a memorable experience for tenants and visitors. Hours of work required for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Engage with all levels of tenant’s (executive admin support personnel, company decision makers, general tenant population) in regular conversation as a means of getting to know their specific needs, preferences, and expectations Respond effectively to the general tenant and senior representative requests for information and recommendations such as local and global entertainment, sporting events, ticket sourcing, hotels and traveling, restaurants, transportation arrangements, etc. Assist Lead Concierge as requested in the administration and oversight of master directories and building information Gaining and maintaining a thorough knowledge of all building services, amenities, current events, and surrounding community Conduct weekly research on our clients and manage client database Liaise with property management and service providers and assist where needed Will be required to be on feet for multiple hours throughout shift High School Diploma, Post-Secondary diploma or degree is preferred Minimum of three years’ experience and previous success in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or commercial property management industry Thorough knowledge of the Financial District and the Toronto area, including the PATH network and associated amenities and services Outgoing, friendly and customer-service focused, with exceptional listening and questioning skills Strong self-confidence, positive outlook, personal responsibility, and reliability Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Proficient in all MS Office applications Our diverse portfolio spans $93.2 billion¹ of assets across such property types as living, office, retail, mixed-use, logistics and life science projects – all designed to enhance value, connection and inspiration.
