Drive maintenance excellence as a Maintenance Planner with Lantic at the Montreal refinery. Your role will focus on effective planning, scheduling, and departmental collaboration. Lantic is looking for a Maintenance Planner who brings extensive experience and a proactive mindset. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee planning and scheduling of all maintenance efforts. Collaboration with multiple departments to prioritize work orders effectively, while also managing budgets, will ensure optimal maintenance operations at the refinery. Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Create and implement a preventive maintenance strategy
• Use automation for effective performance tracking
• Simplify work order management for tradespeople
• Compile and analyze maintenance performance data Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• At least five years of relevant planning experience
• Experience with CMMS and Maximo software
