What You'll Do
As a Marketing Specialist, you will drive lead generation, digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation to strengthen the dealership's visibility, brand, and sales. Duties include: Work Schedule ~8-hour shifts ~ Two days off each week, scheduled on a flexible basis

Key Responsibilities
Support business growth through targeted marketing programs Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, social media, and other channels Manage daily social media channels with strategic contents and engagements Manage inventory systems and update listings across all platforms Create SEO-optimized listings with quality photos, videos, and descriptions Track and report key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and campaign performance Collaborate with sales and leadership to improve customer experience Requirements ~1-2 years' experience in marketing (automotive industry an asset) ~ Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and related tools ~ Familiarity with Auto Trader, CarGurus, and similar platforms is a plus ~ Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator ~ Self-driven with excellent time management and multitasking skills ~ Valid Class 5 driver's license; able to work on-site and in the field Benefits & Perks Competitive pay structure Fast-growing company with advancement opportunities Supportive team culture and approachable management Coffee, snacks, employee parking and vehicle discounts Contact Information Phone: 236-886-5888 Address: 3891 No 3 Rd, Richmond, British Columbia
