Investment Co-op at QuadReal Property Group

As an Investment Co-op, report to the Director of Investments and contribute to the Development & Investment team. You will assist in preparing return calculations, perform market research, and track real estate investment data. This position allows for the development of strong analytical skills while actively participating in meaningful projects that shape investment decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare return calculations for potential investment transactions
• Conduct market research and gather competitive data
• Track BC region real estate market data
• Create approval memorandums for asset acquisitions
• Analyze quarterly reports and investment documents

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Previous real estate experience preferred
