Senior Sequencing Sales Specialist will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market share within the assigned territory. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and deep product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with Company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Deliver compelling product presentations and technical information to support adoption. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy. Typically requires 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or 3+ years of experience with a master's degree. Typically requires a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Willingness to travel within the territory, as required.

The estimated base salary range for the Senior Sequencing Sales Specialist role based in Canada is: $95,000 to $130,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.

- 133,800. The range reflects long‑term growth in the role; Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role is a replacement requisition for a vacated position. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
