Lead Document Management Specialist Ajax

Bird Construction is seeking a Lead Document Control professional in Ajax, Ontario to oversee document management processes, ensuring compliance and effective organization of project documents. As the Document Control Lead, you will play a critical role in coordinating the distribution and tracking of key project documentation. Reporting to the Project Controls Lead, you will develop a cohesive Document Management framework, conduct quality checks, and provide essential training to the project team. Your expertise will facilitate seamless onboarding for client stakeholders and subcontractors within the document management system.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and assure compliance of Document Management Plan
• Distribute and track project documentation accurately
• Perform audits for quality assurance and integrity
• Collaborate on system improvements and rollouts
• Conduct training for project stakeholders and team members

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of document management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
• Knowledge of Document Management Plan creation
• Expertise with InEight and Microsoft Office
• Ability to establish productive relationships Drive document management excellence with Bird Construction, impacting projects in Ajax.
