As we continue to grow, we are expanding our sales team and are looking for 2 Outside Sales Representatives who are passionate about building long-term customer relationships and driving new business growth.
Position 1 – Southwestern Ontario (west of Hwy 400 and Hwy 427)
Position 2 – Eastern Ontario (east of Hwy 400 and Hwy 427 including the GTA)
Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for managing an assigned territory in Ontario, growing the existing customer portfolio, and developing new business opportunities throughout Ontario.
This is a relationship-focused sales position requiring frequent face-to-face customer interaction. The successful candidate will inherit an established book of business and is expected to develop new accounts within the assigned territory.
Candidates do not need to be technical experts when they join us—but they must demonstrate the ability and desire to quickly learn our products, applications, markets, and customers.

Training & Onboarding
Every new Outside Sales Representative participates in a comprehensive onboarding program designed to ensure long-term success.
Training includes:
- Stainless steel and specialty alloy fasteners
- Product applications and technical fundamentals
- Customer industries and market segments
- White Cup CRM
- Quoting and pricing
- Prospecting methodology
- Territory planning
- Sales strategy and account management
When training is successfully completed, representatives transition into full field responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management
- Manage an assigned sales territory
- Take ownership of an existing customer portfolio
- Develop territory growth strategies
- Build long-term partnerships with customers
- Develop account plans to grow revenue and profitability.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
New Business Development
A major focus of this position is generating new business.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting new customers through strategic territory planning
- Cold calling
- Networking
- Referrals
- Trade shows
The successful candidate is expected to consistently develop qualified opportunities that become long-term customers.
Customer Visits
After completing onboarding, representatives are expected to spend:
- 3-4 days per week on the road visiting existing and prospective customers
- 1 day per week working from our Mississauga office for planning, CRM updates, quotations, meetings, and collaboration with the Inside Sales team. It can evolve to work from home as the candidate becomes more tenured.
