Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle
  • Collaborate with designers and analysts to implement enhancements or new applications
  • Develop code to meet story acceptance criteria
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high‑level quality output
  • Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices to meet quality and time‑to‑market imperatives
  • Maintain records to document program development and revisions
  • Provide third‑level support of software solutions as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (September2025 toSeptember2026)
  • Good communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Understanding of testing fundamentals
  • Experience in Unix or Linux operating systems
  • Team orientation and active participation in discussions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Front‑end development experience with JavaScript, HTML, mobile frameworks, React, Vue, Angular
  • Knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Kotlin
  • Experience with Jenkins CI/CD, microservices, and API design/integration
  • Experience with Git version control
  • Strong coding background in a Linux/Unix environment

Benefits & Compensation

Expected annual salary: $100,000, plus performance‑based incentive compensation, and a generous benefits package, including up to $3,000 in mental health coverage and up to $5,000 in tuition subsidies per year. Hybrid work environment: 3 days in the office, one‑time work‑from‑home allowance.
