Generis Group is seeking a Finance Lead to enhance the finance department in a growing environment. This role demands over five years of finance experience, with two years in leadership. Your expertise in full-cycle accounting, FP&A, and team mentoring will strengthen the company’s financial controls and monthly closes.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare global management reports for North America and Europe
• Lead payroll processes across regions, including commissions and bonuses
• Champion finance technology optimizations and enhancements
• Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
• Resolve client invoicing issues and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• 5+ years progressive finance experience
• Proven full-cycle accounting and FP&A abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and finance software Contribute your financial acumen and leadership to Generis Group’s dynamic team.
