Key Responsibilities
• Handle emergency and non-emergency communication calls
• Schedule and dispatch resources for service needs
• Maintain detailed logs of all customer interactions
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform additional clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 2+ years of service coordination experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
