We are looking for a Claims Processor to join our team in our London Office on a 8-month contract. As an important part of the CanOps Individual Claims Team, you will be primarily responsible for timely clerical and administrative support for the Life Claims Department.
Review and set-up new claims for Life Claim Analysts for Life Insurance Products working with FM, Pallm, IB15, Ingenium 5.4 and Ingenium 7.7 systems
Correctly and accuratelyadding new claim details to the Death Claims Index, JIRA, and OnBase to support the Claims digital workflow
Sorting, reviewing, and matching electronic, post office, servicing offices and courier mail/requirements to digital claim files
Monitor and manage multiple Claims shared email mailboxes
Knowledge of FM, Pallm, IB15, Ingenium 5.4 and Ingenium 7.7 would be an asset
Knowledge of Outlook, JIRA, OnBase, File Trail would be an asset
