HR Analyst for Reporting

Join IAMGOLD as a Reporting & Data Analyst in HR to transform how analytics supports HR initiatives. This 12-month contract role focuses on leveraging data tools for strategic insights. This position involves close collaboration with HR experts and site leaders to drive HR Analytics and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. Your responsibilities will include managing comprehensive employee data reports and ensuring compliance with audit requirements while optimizing data integrity. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, actionable HR reports and dashboards
• Analyze HR data sources to inform program success
• Ensure compliance in reporting and governance practices
• Train users on data interpretation and reporting tools
• Participate in ongoing HR projects and improvements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT
• 3 to 5 years experience in HR reporting and analytics
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM or similar systems
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with BI tools
• Strong data management and problem-solving skills
