Director of People Strategy at illumin

Lead illumin's people strategy as the Director of People and Culture, influencing HR practices in a hybrid environment from downtown Toronto. Drive organizational growth and people engagement. As the Director of People and Culture, reporting to the COO, you will provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on talent decisions and performance management. This role entails a hands-on approach in evolving people practices and supporting transformational initiatives that enhance both employee and organizational capabilities. Your partnership across functions will help align people strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to strengthen organizational design
• Coach and elevate leadership capability in managers
• Shape and implement effective people programs
• Manage change initiatives to support evolving needs
