Responsible for controlling external expenses while ensuring delivery of superior Customer service to all stakeholders Maintain the recovery database and claims financial records through the process of recording claims Prompt expense payments, and accurate closing of claims. Participate in litigation reviews, settlement conferences, mediations and other legal disposition programs 1+ years experience in Property Claims handling preferred ~ Great customer service skills ~ Good computer skills ~ Basic building construction knowledge an asset ~ Enrollment in CIP Classes an asset ~ Guidewire, Xact Analyst, Litigation Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
