Mississauga Student Scheduler Internship

We invite a student to join as a Scheduler intern in Mississauga, Ontario, for an 8 or 12 month co-op beginning January 2027. This role enhances your scheduling abilities in a professional setting. This internship with our Virtual Construction team requires candidates to maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be available for additional semesters post-internship. You'll develop 4D schedules, tracking dashboards, and engage closely with team members to improve overall project efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage 4D scheduling tasks
• Develop tracking dashboards for performance metrics
• Foster relationships with fellow team members
• Participate in constructive team discussions
• Assist in maintaining Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3.0 GPA is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera P6 beneficial
• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation
• Ability to collaborate in an evolving environment
