- App Enablement Lead Description: Permanent Full Time This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on technical leader who can assess the current state of enterprise applications, design future-state architectures, and implement innovative solutions that leverage modern cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms, development methodologies, and will be a driving force behind application transformation initiatives. Advocate for the adoption of modern software development practices, such as DevOps and microservices architecture. Develop cloud migration strategies that minimize business disruption and optimize performance. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ensure a smooth transition by working closely with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams. Assess and implement best practices for cloud cost management and optimization. Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions that meet business requirements. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams. Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, guiding them through complex technical challenges. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement within the technology teams. Lead efforts to document technical standards, architectures, and processes to support governance. Performance Monitoring and Optimization Establish performance monitoring solutions to ensure the stability and availability of applications. Continuously optimize application performance, security, and cost-efficiency in the cloud environment. # Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). ~ 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years of experience leading application modernization and cloud migration initiatives. ~ Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies. ~ Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile and DevOps. ~ Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of application architecture, cloud computing, and modern application frameworks. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems. Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
