Serve as an Integration & Commissioning Technician at Axxess Industries in Kelowna, BC, with a focus on deploying and troubleshooting C4/Axxess Zigbee networks. Key Responsibilities
• Set up server and system templates prior to deployment
• Commission installations remotely, traveling when necessary
• Configure and verify key network devices
• Troubleshoot issues with Zigbee networks and Axxess devices
• Maintain organized records of customer support interactions
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in technical communication, both written and verbal
• Basic understanding of networking principles
• Familiarity with Windows or embedded systems
