As a Validation & Compliance Specialist, you will assist in maintaining operational integrity by validating submissions to meet internal policies and government regulations. Reporting to the Validation & Compliance Supervisor, your work is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate transactional submissions. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in achieving compliance and quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
• Review jobseeker support accuracy monthly
• Submit funding documentation on time
• Monitor validation records for accuracy
• Communicate with service providers on inquiries
• Prepare operational performance reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• 1-2 years in program compliance or audit
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail in data handling
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders Excel in compliance and validation support with Fedcap Canada and contribute to meaningful outcomes for jobseekers.
