• Oversee load assignments for Linehaul Drivers
• Collaborate with Terminal Operations for on-time freight
• Communicate effectively with drivers and stakeholders
• Manage operational performance with regular reports
• Adjust assignments based on capacity changes

• Experience with AS400 and Erb systems preferred
• Previous dispatch experience is beneficial
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills
• Capable of making quick decisions in a busy setting
