Key Responsibilities
• Lead continuous improvement of spodumene processing circuits
• Provide hands-on guidance during commissioning and upgrades
• Design and operate processing pilot plants
• Manage metallurgical test programs and process validations
• Develop process specifications and analyze operational data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in chemical engineering or similar
• Over 10 years of industrial experience in mineral processing
• Expertise in lithium extraction and hydrometallurgy
• Proven experience with pilot plants and process scaling
