Most importantly, you will inspire, develop and lead our teams with a focus on developing future great asset maintenance professionals , sustaining the growth of our expertise for decades to come. Define and lead the global strategy for Asset Maintenance across all regions and market sectors. Provide strategic leadership for greenfield and brownfield project delivery by shaping the vision, direction, and standards for maintenance excellence, reliability improvement, maintenance readiness, asset strategies, planning and scheduling, work management, and overall asset performance. Champion Asset Maintenance within Hatch and externally, through thought leadership, increasing awareness, capability, and integration across disciplines and business units.
