Finance & Accounting Controller

Join H2 Analytics as a Financial Controller and lead our finance functions through robust growth. Your strong accounting fundamentals will drive our strategic initiatives in a hybrid work model. In this critical role, you'll be charged with owning core accounting activities and enhancing financial operations as H2 Analytics scales up. Reporting to the CFO, this position is ideal for a finance leader eager to navigate ambiguity and establish efficient financial systems. Your ability to implement modern tools will be integral to creating an automated, data-driven finance function.

Key Responsibilities

¢ Oversee core accounting and reporting activities â€
¢ Maintain internal controls and compliance measures â€
¢ Spearhead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes â€
¢ Facilitate effective budgeting and cash flow modeling â€
¢ Optimize accounts payable and receivable functions

Requirements:

¢ 5-10+ years in progressive accounting roles â€
¢ CPA certification is mandatory â€
¢ Experience with financial audits and tax compliance â€
¢ Familiarity with automation in finance processes â€
