Lead the design of Comms Cloud CPQ and Product Catalog while defining efficient Salesforce integration patterns using OOTB and custom APIs to support Digital Commerce and front-end channels. Drive Salesforce performance excellence through system design reviews, integration optimization, API governance, and best practices across digital commerce implementations.
