Key Responsibilities
• Deliver consistent trauma-informed support
• Develop trustworthy and professional relationships
• Encourage participation in life skills and activities
• Assist in transporting youth to necessary appointments
• Collaborate with professionals for quality care
Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Flexible availability for 2-3 shifts per week
• New Enhanced DBS check completed
• Desired prior experience with youth support
• NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care advantageous Your passion and commitment will help children thrive under your guidance at Paragon Social Care.
