Our Development team is growing, and we’re looking for a Technical Lead (CRM Experience) who is driven by end-to-end ownership and the opportunity to build both core CRM apps and reusable components like Kanban boards and timelines. In this role, you’ll ship code daily and see the direct impact of your work on our customers by driving architectural excellence and ensuring high-quality software delivery across the full lifecycle.
You’ll play a key role as we continue to evolve and scale our no-code platform and expand our AI-driven capabilities, helping build tools that enable small businesses to move faster and work smarter.
CRM Experience Team
CRM Experience owns the end-to-end development of Method’s core CRM suite, including Customers & Leads, Opportunities, Activities, Email, Cases, Work Orders, Scheduling, Proposals, and related workflows.
Our ownership spans the customer-facing frontend, backend runtime and services, and the configurable stock apps customers receive out of the box. We build new apps, deliver customer-facing features, and create reusable platform components—such as Kanban boards, timelines, grids, and workflow capabilities that expand what customers can accomplish and customize in Method.
We operate with a continuous-delivery mindset, shipping improvements and features frequently while maintaining the reliability, performance, and quality expected of a business-critical CRM. Our goal is to help customers succeed quickly, grow their use of Method, and adapt the platform as their businesses evolve.
Method is on a mission to transform how small businesses operate by giving them real control over their customer workflows. Our flagship product, Method CRM is purpose-built for small businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and generic tools. As a scaling growth company, we’re now taking that mission further, leveraging AI to develop intelligent agents that assist users in rapidly building and customizing no-code apps. As a Technical Lead for CRM Experience, you will provide hands‑on technical leadership across the full stack of Method’s CRM suite. You will lead the delivery of new apps, reusable components, customer‑facing features, and the runtime capabilities that power them. You will help the team move quickly from idea to production—shaping architecture, breaking down complex initiatives, maintaining a high standard for testing and observability, and enabling developers to ship valuable improvements continuously. Your work will span React experiences, configurable stock apps, C#/.
