HR Generalist Needed in Mississauga

Belvika Trade & Packaging Ltd. is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist for our facilities in Mississauga, Brampton, and Brantford. This full-time role emphasizes your HR capabilities in a dynamic packaging environment. In this position at BelPak, you'll act as the core HR resource, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee inquiries, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role will involve close collaboration with managers to maintain clear communication concerning employee performance and administrative HR duties. You'll also facilitate training sessions and oversee audit processes while managing confidential personnel data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
