Key Responsibilities

¢ Provide leadership and coaching to the Procurement team â€
¢ Monitor daily supply needs and resolve discrepancies â€
¢ Oversee accurate producer settlements and data integrity â€
¢ Collaborate to optimize plant utilization and bird flow â€
¢ Develop operational dashboards to aid decision-making

Requirements:

¢ Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience â€
¢ 3–5 years experience in supply planning or procurement â€
¢ Previous team leadership experience preferred â€
¢ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail â€
