- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and DevOps practices within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in AWS DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, and cloud-native testing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and Playwright for building scalable UI and end-to-end automation solutions.
- Proven ability to lead automation-first transformation initiatives, improving software quality, release velocity, and operational efficiency.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks integrated with modern DevOps toolchains.
- Strong collaboration skills with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to mentor teams, conduct code reviews, drive best practices, and provide technical leadership across large-scale modernization programs.
