Key Responsibilities
• Deliver solutions-oriented support for customer issues
• Foster a collaborative environment among staff
• Oversee cost controls and manage operational reviews
• Implement training and policy improvements
• Handle employee relations with professionalism
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years in supply chain or operations
• Experience in leading multi-unit operations (3+ years)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Comfortable using office technology daily Help elevate operational standards while driving customer satisfaction as MSupply’s Multi-Unit Operations Manager.
