- 5 Years Position Start September 1st, 2026 Be Part of Something New Spirit Bears is entering an exciting new chapter as we transition from a pre-established centre into Spirit Bears Early Learning Centre. We already have a wonderful team of educators, and we are looking for someone who wants to help us build and grow our program together. Spirit Bears Early Learning Centre Rooted in Wonder Growing Together Qualifications Basic ECE Additional Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has knowledge of the BC Early Learning Framework Can create meaningful provocations inspired by children's interests, ideas, and questions Has a genuine passion for working wih young children Is flexible, adaptable, caring, dependable, and team-oriented Communicates positively with children, families, and colleagues Is available to provide substitute coverage when needed Is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment Years Experience Required 1 Required Experience Is a certified ECE or ECEA in BC Has 2+ years of experience in early childhood education or a related field Holds current First Aid certification Has a clear criminal record check Salary & Benefits

What We Offer
