About The Role
We're looking for accounting professionals to help build high-quality financial datasets that power the next generation of AI. Your expertise in financial statements, ledgers, and accounting workflows will directly shape how AI systems understand and reason about accounting — meaningful work with real impact. What You'll Do
Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates Validate calculations, formatting, and internal consistency Identify errors or inconsistencies in source accounting material Support recurring dataset creation and cleanup tasks Ensure datasets meet accuracy and quality standards for AI model training Who You Are Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable building and validating structured datasets High attention to detail with a systematic, accuracy-first mindset Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Exposure to audit, FP&A, or financial operations Experience with financial statement analysis or accounting reconciliation Familiarity with data validation or spreadsheet quality control workflows Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Contribute to meaningful work that shapes how AI understands finance Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
