Job Summary: Must have experience in Playwright with JavaScript and have lead automation teams Good to have Perform comprehensive testing of PnC Insurance domain agent portals applications to ensure high quality accuracy and functionality Good to have experience on Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM Roles and responsibilities Lead end to end testing activities for Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM cloud Insurance domain applications Design and implement test automation frameworks and automation scripts using Playwright or similar tools Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones Mentor and guide junior testers on best practices tools and technical skill development Collaborate with development teams to assess product changes and their impact on testing scope Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution with clear stakeholder communication Drive quality assurance processes contributing to test strategy planning and execution Conduct regression integration system and UAT testing as required Provide regular status updates risk assessments and progress reports to project management and leadership Mandatory
